Retail Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility Window: Retail customers may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Process: Contact our support team at WhatsApp Number 03020584444 with your order number and photo evidence of any issues.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return courier charges unless the item sent was incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit.

  • Refunds: Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed via [Bank Transfer / Store Credit / Original Payment Method] within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Wholesale & Custom Manufacturing Orders

  • Strict Quality Control: All wholesale shipments undergo strict quality checks prior to dispatch.

  • No Change-of-Mind Returns: Wholesale orders, bulk custom cuts, or tailor-made manufacturing runs cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.

  • Damaged / Defective Batches: Any claims for manufacturing defects or quantity discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of cargo receipt with full unboxing video proof. Approved defect claims will receive a replacement, repair, or credit note on future orders.
