Shipping policy

Retail Deliveries

  • Processing Time: Ready-to-ship retail orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard domestic delivery takes 3–5 business days.

  • Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid online payment methods are accepted for retail orders.

  • Tracking: A tracking ID is sent via SMS/Email as soon as the courier books the package.

Wholesale & Bulk Shipments

  • Production / Dispatch Time: Ready bulk stock dispatches within 2–4 business days. Custom manufacturing or high-volume orders follow agreed production timelines provided during invoice generation.

  • Freight & Cargo: Bulk shipments are dispatched via dedicated transport/cargo services (e.g., Daewoo Cargo, TCS Freight, Bilal Cargo, etc.). Freight charges are either prepaid or payable directly at destination by the buyer.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to the wholesale buyer once the consignment is handed over to the designated transport/cargo carrier.
